The Fans of Edik Photo Book Fundraiser

EDIK'S FAN CLUB

International adoption is expensive, and we are so grateful to those who have donated toward our adoption. We are estimating that the total cost will be approximately $25,000. For a breakdown of that total, please see our adoption timeline/costs. Many have asked what they can do to support us in this process. We currently are saving toward the $9,000 adoption facilitation fee and want to be ready when Edik's paperwork is finalized (which could be completed as quickly as April). We are working hard to bring him home as soon as possible so that he can receive better medical care and know the love of a family. If you would like to assist us in gathering the necessary funds, here's the plan.

We want to make a photo book containing pictures of the Edik fan club. For $10 per picture, you can be included. Be creative. Feel free to submit an individual picture and/or family picture, or a picture of someone that you would like to honor or remember to the e-mail address below. Our goal is to receive 900 photos, which will (be amazing and) cover the cost of the adoption faciliation fee. If we can't fit all the pictures in one book, we'll make as many volumes as necessary.

We want Edik and those in his home country to know how many people already care for him and have worked to help bring him home. We plan to show the book to those we encounter in Edik's country to let them know how many fans he already has who are rooting for him to know the love of a family and to reach his full potential.

If you would like to make a large donation ($300 or more), please consider using a check instead of PayPal. PayPal deducts 3% of your donation for their fees. Thank you very much!!!
